Chief Executive of The Recycling Association Ltd
Paul Sanderson is the Chief Executive of The Recycling Association and Secretary of UKSSA. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
Paul has been involved in the recycling sector since 2004 when he became editor of MRW magazine. Since then, he has also founded his own businesses and provided consultancy services to The Recycling Association.
He joined The Recycling Association in March 2023.
Managing Director of IWPP Ltd
After a commercial career in general waste management, Chris joined IWPP Ltd as Commercial Manager in 2011 and was promoted to the board of directors in 2016. He became managing director in 2023. Chris has overseen the evolution of the trading company to complement the global trade flows of recycled materials and has delivered the strategic European market focus of the company. On a day-to-day basis, Chris balances the supplies of fibre with regulatory quality standards while providing members and others with a reliable and competitive service.
Arlene is a richly experienced accounts administrator and joined The Recycling Association in 2006 and now manages the Daventry Office. An experienced accounts manager, Arlene is responsible for the administrative commercial aspects of the of the trading company and the association, ensuring the businesses run like clockwork and that members are served beyond their expectations.
Donna joined The Recycling Association in 2010 as an administration clerk and is now the shipping manager with the particular focus on ensuring the smooth running of the trading company. Donna has overseen the smooth transition of European exports in the post-Brexit environment and provides valuable support to the CEO with the day to day running of The Recycling Association.
Lee has over 15 years’ experience in the recycling industry, managing multiple operations and contracts across the UK. Lee’s commercial and operational knowledge of working with recovered paper suppliers, hauliers and shippers allied to his administrative experience of managing the flows of recovered paper into the UK and export market, is invaluable for the roll out of Traqa where he is responsible for pulling together the suppliers and exporters of materials into the global marketplace to utilise the new cutting edge Traqa technology.
